![]() ![]() These larvae invaded the bloodstream and caused a variety of genetic errors. These parasites, we call them “alpha worms”, laid dozens of eggs in their hosts, which in turn produced numerous larvae. A previously unidentified type of hookworm was found under the skin of the soil: ALPHA samples. These victims showed signs of internal liquefaction and accelerated necrosis, similar to symptoms of other carnivorous viruses native to this region. The victims of the attack were quarantined at a nearby research facility. Only four were successfully included for the investigation. ![]() Eight specimens were found in the region now known as “Soil: ALPHA”. These rabid creatures were easy to provoke and resistant to conventional attacks. While investigating reports of illicit arms trafficking, peacekeepers came across an unclassified carnivorous species that occupied a small village in North Africa.
